Monday’s Boys’ Region 2 Golf Tournament was suspended due to rain and darkness and will continue on Tuesday morning.
Two separate rain delays of two hours put play behind all day with play suspended for the day at 6:40 pm. Only a handful of groups were able to finish their round before the suspension but everyone was able to begin play.
The teams are expected to return to Owensboro on Tuesday and resume play. However, one school opted not to finish their rounds and did not return after the second rain delay ended at 4:45 pm.
