Lady Falcons Soar Past Kenwood 17-0

The Fort Campbell Lady Falcons scored double-digit runs for the third time of the season Tuesday evening as they rolled to a 17-0 five-inning win at Kenwood. The 17 runs tied their second-highest offensive output of the season.

7th grader Amar’e Moore had another big night at the plate, going 3-4 with two triples, an RBI, and two stolen bases. Daniela Hernandez and Emma Kolmerton had two hits each with one RBI each.

Four other Lady Falcons had one hit each as Fort Campbell finished the game with 11 hits.

Hailey Herron got the start in the circle, going two innings, giving up no runs on one hit, striking out five and walking two.

Amar’e Moore went three innings in relief. She gave up no runs on two hits, striking out seven and walking three.

Fort Campbell will be back in action Thursday night when they travel to Heritage Christian Academy.
