The Webster County Lady Trojans appear to be one of the teams that could contend for the 2nd Region girls’ title and Monday night they looked the part. Webster County hosted University Heights Monday evening in Dixon.
The Lady Trojans won the girls’ team match 6-1. Webster won four of five singles matches and both doubles matches that were played.
In boys’ play, the two schools split the two singles matches, which were the only matches played.
